View Full Version : Bargain of the Century!!!!
Does anyone, or their parents or friends and family like wine?? I'm sure they do....!!
Well have I got the bargain of the week for you lot....
I'm offering a case of 12xbottles of red, white or mixed, whichever you choose, for £35 (+P&P) Which works out at £2.92 a bottle!! YES £2.92 a bottle!! and I can tell you truthfully these aren't £2.92 bottles of wine.
There are some really nice wines in these cases, some of them are £7-8 a bottle. I can't specify exactly what bottles will be in cus we have thousands of different brands and it just depends on what we need to get rid of at the time.
I work for one of the largest mail order wine distributors in Europe and i've been asked to shift these cases as it's taking space up in the warehouse so if you'd like to order pls PM which case/s and how many you'd like.
What i was thinking for delivery is, when i've got at least 10 cases on order i'll drive to either Liverpool or Manchester and meet up with everyone who orders and then you can also take a look at them before you buy.
I sold over 100 of these cases to my friends and family over xmas and if your into your wine then you'll know how good of a deal this is.
Thanks(hiccup)
well sayin your gonna deliver i'll take 3 off ya :D

or lambrini
I knew this question would arise, always does! We don't sell shit wine, put it that way! Stuff like Lambrini and Valencia doesn't even get a look in.
Brands like Hardys/Blossom Hill/Paul Mason/Ernst Gallo etc etc are all mass produced commercial wines that are made widely available for all sorts of ppl, not necessarily any better in taste or quality than any of the 2500 wines we stock. Also wine is all about personal taste so you can't really class a wine as being better or worse than another.
i know personally that there is some bottles of Gallo and Kumala in these cases but it is just pot luck! i'll come and meet ppl personally when i deliver them so if you dont like the look of them don't buy em. if you do buy one, i know you'll be back for more.
@ Hago - i'll send em in a black cab from Heysham port. You'll pick up the tab when it reaches won't ya?

Blossom Hill is cheap shit.
Hardys and Ernst Gallo are ok, but still cheapo end.
Is the stuff you're flogging better, or comparable to those?
And where does "£35 (delivery included)" apply to?

got any snakebite?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Ben the wino
@Adam :agree: Yeah like i was saying wine is all about personal taste so it's up to you which you prefer, but generally our wines are shithot! We have buyers who search every available vineyard on the market looking for quality wines. We dont really deal with the big brands cus like you said they're cheap shit! I've never had a shit bottle in 3 years of workin here! So i'd say they are alot better!
I'll probably courier yours adam so just add an extra £5
@Dred - What the fuck is snakebite?
@ICHI - :beer:
@Dred - What the fuck is snakebite?
Surely you're taking the piss? How can you not know what snakebite is? Feral rot gutting loopy juice... Althought probably a step up from Buckfast.
Its a shame I'm going away, and therefore am brass, coz that sounds like a sweet offer.

@ B-52 - cool :)
You're not working for Pieroth are you?
For that price, wouldn't really expect em to live up to the stuff me n Rhian usually get (£8 a bottle stylee), but for £40 for 12, be daft not to give em a go.
As long as they're nice enough to demolish mid-week, put me down for a case o red.
Check your PMs
I think you may be pleasanly surprised Adam. but like i said it is pot luck!
no i work for The Warehouse Wine Co.
Whats pieroth?

Pieroth (PRP Wine International) are another wine distributors, but they differ from a lot in that they own their own vineyards and wineries all over the world.
They also cost a fair bit, with your average wine from them being about £7/8 a bottle - but damn, is it good stuff! :drewl:
You also get the option of having a rep come round to your house with a load of booze for a home wine-tasting session before you buy! Very nice ha ha :agree:
Sounds pretty good that. I'd never actually heard of them!
Your case should be delivered by next Friday adam.
@ Hago - i can actually deliver to N Ireland so if you weren't jokin then Pm me your order.
:tea:
Hmmm yeah go on then you twisted my arm,
Poi and I will take a mixed case off you
Ok Soph, I'll wait till i've got a few more orders together then i'll pop down to Manc with it. Defo within the next couple of weeks either way.
thanks:tea:

I'm coming to Manchester this Saturday to drop some cases off for people and if anyone else would like some let me know asap (please read 1st post)
Bear in mind it is Mothers Day next Sunday and this could be an ideal present for all wine loving mums!!
@ Soph & Vickie - Check ya PM's girls.:tea:
Ok i've got loads more cases of wine to get rid of if anyone's interested?
These cases are miles better than the ones i was initially selling and do contain some really excellent wines!
I've also got a PayPal business account so you can use that for payment.
Basically it's 12 x 75cl bottles of red, white or mixed for £35 (+P&P) and can be delivered direct to your door by Reality White Arrow.
If anyone would like to view a case first before they buy then i'll glady arrange to meet you somewhere.
