Spoke to my friend who is the licensee for Time in Bangor today. It would cost £700 inc VAT max to hire the venue. No Saturday nites are available cos of the established resident nites... BUT every Friday between June 14 and Sept 20 (except July 19) is free to be booked. What are people's thoughts on that?

Its got a phat system but £700 is alot

For instance Main bar has capacity for 350 and would be alot cheaper

Hmmm .. dunno ... £700 for two big rooms (probably just a bit bigger than K2)... capacity of bout 1000, and quite decent sound system... you wouldnt need that many people in to cover costs (like 200 @ £4 each covers it!).. but you right... £700 is a lotta dosh to take a risk on ...
