TITLE: NEW D&B MIX FROM FROM WHIZARD: MUSIC V2’S FEATURED ARTIST
MusicV2 (www.musicv2.com), an innovative website offering free MP3 hosting, artist pages, DJ sets, and free music downloads, has named me as their current featured artist (Jan 19th – Feb 18th). Featured artists remain on the homepage for one month. This is truly an honor as there are over 800 members, with artists ranging from multiple genres of music including alternative, blues, classical, hip-hop, electronic, country, jazz, industrial, top 40, pop, rock, and soul.

WHIZARD | IMPERIAL DUB | RECORDED JAN. 23, 2005
Dub is the word for this one. A smokin’ mix of dub influenced drum & bass, complemented with touches of dancehall and ragga. This is a fun set, with an upbeat vibe filled with lots of horns, bubbling basslines, and spaced out dub vocals. It instantly grabs your attention with a catchy dancehall remix, and takes you on a journey that spans the dubwise spectrum from blunted liquid to brockin’ dancefloor tunes. The last track is an instant classic that’s been tearin’ up the dancefloors lately, and will have you singing along, bobbin’ your head, wishing the mix wasn’t done just yet.
Look out for a couple of hot new LA dubplates on here including "Dubsick," by Clutch and Sense, and "Dem No Like We," by the Junglist Platoon. This is one of those mixes you can pass on to fellow drum & bass heads, and non drum & bass heads, and both are likely to enjoy it. Enter the dubwise sound!
