I'm gonna do my best, just need to convert my girlfriend into drum n bass/old skool hiphop/anything I like that isn't deep house or techno.

But I know she likes a beer or two and a squid a bottle is a nice price for a Thursday sesh

DnB is definitely more popular with blokes than girls down my way but thats good from my point of view... Is it the same up here?

At the moment I am trying to convert some of my male friends to DnB - its working quite well - they loved Slammin last month... (I made them go with me cos it was my birthday so they couldn't say no!)

I would defininately say that north west drum and bass certainly has a lack of females!!! Still its good to hear that you are keepin it real :D . Check sophonic out on friday, shroombab is a female dj, also hope to see you at contrast :)

i agree about the lack of women in dnb up north - but i was surprised and highly impressed by the amount and standard of women at the last squiggle dee mash!
