If you can get hold of an instrumental version of a track you can make your own acapellas.

Open the instrumental and the original in a wave editor. Invert the instrumental and paste is over the original (it must be lined up exactly)... and there you have it, an acapella :)

yeah but you will still be left with the other parts panned center, i.e. bass. it never really sounds that good.
