OK guys, I don’t do this review thing very often id rather see how I feel when the tracks on the dancefloor than comment on it listening through PC headphones….but I have to review this track.
Let me say first, I like it. Every single time I hear a track by you two, the production and the ideas get tighter each time. Listen to your early stuff now and its nowere near as good as this – not nearly as polished. However, id like to give you some constructive feedback. First thing is – drop that ride cymbal. Ok, it’s great to have one, but surely not in every tune you have done? If so, then play about with the sample - it’s always that long drawn out cymbal that sounds a little too computer generated for my liking, and does nothing for the intro.
The beats are tight – rolling and well programmed. Right up my street. Definitely got a ‘total science’ feel to it, but that’s a good thing as they are the best at this kind of dnb. The bassline is nice and compliments the tune well. The only thing I would say is…why do you guys always have to step into rave territory?? I'm not bigging up funky dnb at all by saying that…I mean…why do you always have to have that rave style sample that sounds like its just been stuck on? You do it a lot in tunes and this tune could be raveyish, and really classy, without that gurgly slurping warp noise over the top of it. You don’t need me to tell you what tunes to check I don’t guess, but a lot of tunes by the likes of beta 2 & zero tolerance and phuturo stuff sound like this….heavyish and rolling without the need for a ravy riff.
Id take that noise out and do something more classy with this tune as if you did that, it would be absolutely brilliant. The flow is great, the drop is good, it made me listen 5 or 6 times…it just grated me when that noise comes in.

Asok, You gotta define a signiture when you produce, you want people to be able to tell that you're the one that made it without seein' the sleeve or what it's called or whatever. well I do anyway.
I like this tune alot, it's the best thing Sol & Xample have done in my opinion.
I do however, (here we go again) have one complaint.
I think that on the main bassline the last note shouldn't be there every other time it's played or somethin'. to give it a bit more variation, just a continuation of the previous one from before. Hope you understand what i'm talkin' 'bout.
I know you never listen to anythin' i say coz i usually just dis' stuff but all that means is that the parts I don't mention are good.
Please do this variation lads! make me a VIP if you disagree!!
I really think this would bring it up notch, but what do I know? eh.

Nice 1 again, you 2 just keep 'em comin'
1 point to make - might just have been down to listening to it thru Windows Media Player - the bassline seems to be suppressed by the kick drum i.e on listening to the drop 1/2 way thru when the more aggressive bline sound drops, as the kick drum roll starts it seems to flatten that bline.
Drums are top anyway. I'm into those soft plinky hammer-piano bits to.
I like it.

wicked tune - the drums are crisp as fuck, nice variation through the tune, nice vocal sample, nice bass
Nice one lads. I think its a mix between Roni and John B personally. Jump up bizness. Love the distorted b line on the second drop. It sounded sick at sophonic by the way, phat set Lee!!!
