everybody was rocking.Place was packed.Heavy tunes played by all.
Except for Playtime, Midnight and that Salsa thing (cringe)
and if thats all I can find to moan about then it must have been good!! Andy C has redeemed himself after his disappointing set at The Academy last May, and although Mampi was heavy, I found there were a couple of boring interludes!
Healthy turn out, loadsa new faces,everybody having fun, 2003 is looking good.

mate,you must have got there late,coz loads of people were there right at the start with no nus,and they got in!no way in a million years should any event be nus only.ok,some of the crowd are students,but just as many,even more,arent!this policy will just cut numbers down!:eek:
and on the subject of the bouncers at surreal,they were calling all the students tax dodgers,and making other,really hilarious comments(:confused: :conf: )

it was late, it took me all day to blag people to come ,got there about midnight we didnt have trackys on or nothing like that.
noticed it wasnt the 2 usual bouncers on the front door (they have let me in after midnight). looks like it was down to the doormans discression
anyways fuck it life goes on ...........
hopefully wont have the same problems when rider and ss is on.

Also you dont realise until several repeat listens how annoying and shouty IC3 is.
OK im glad of the chance to see some of the more renowned mc's. but they just remind me how good the nw mc's are.
How does everyone else rate IC3?
I think it's just recorded with the IC3 too loud. The music levels seem to be going up and down? Anyone else notice this?
