this is impossible, surely.....too much to choose from

all i will say is that the simpsons is, and shall remain, the undisputed heavyweight TV champion of the world. no contest.

oh, six feet under has been good as well
as was Our Friends in the North
and
The Day today
and the 'consistently poor but strangely unmissable' award should go to neighbours.

good films include

apocolypse now
american beauty
aliens
Clerks
gremlins etc ---- nope, i give up.:p

Can't whittle it down to 5 cos there's just so many! But these are amongst my faves:

1/ I.D,
2/ Lock, Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels,
3/ Ronin,
4/ Pulp Fiction,
5/ Reservoir Dogs

(and if I could chuck some more in I'd also have: Traffic, Human Traffic, Shopping, Platoon, and Once Upon A Time In America -- inspired choice there Mr Asok)

Top programme == The Sopranos ... fookin class viewing!

TV- Simpsons
South Park
Jackass
The Office
Anything with Alan "Kiss My Face!" Partidge

I do watch serious programs too... just not top 5 material. Six Feet Under is pretty amazing, tho....

And stalag is so right about neighbours. The one program you can pay full attention to, and then forget everything that happened 30 seconds later.

Films: Menace 2 Society
Dazed and Confused
Pulp Fiction
Full Metal Jacket
Waynes World 1 & 2.

100 posts! Bo! :slayer:  :D
