it's ok, i don't think it's your best. well produced, mixed, fx etc as i've said before, you both know what you are doing, i'm just not feeling this as much as your more mellow stuff.

right im gonna listen to this on the fly and type...

the intro sounds like 305 :D

i think it needs some more bass and general "kick" to the kick, not too keen on the beats. they sound a bit lost if you get what i mean, like they need crisping up a bit?

and the snare sounds a bit too loud

i like the bassline though and the kind of "tink tink" sound running through it is cool as, it has a tech itch sound running right through it this one which is always good:thumbs:

liking the build up at 4.20, the beats seem to have gone a bit out of time though? at about 5 minutes now...i think it is just the length of the snare sending things out a bit

overall its a nice tune, i would suggest you have another crack at the beats, maybe beef up the main hits in the break?

and make the whole synth side of things louder...

and make that outro hi-hat quieter :)

This is fucking awesome, right up my street. I need a high quality mp3 version boys!!@

One thing that niggles me a little, on the first drop at 01:28, its the actual drop itself, the first beat isnt quite clear. But then that could just be the .wma.. i dunno i like to hear a tune go BANG on the drop, i just cant quite make it out.

I'll learn to review properly one day. :finger:

Right, brutally honest time...:(
It's a baaad track, will no doubt kick it in a club. Great production but Gav (sorry Sol, don't know you so please don't think me rude!) it doesn't stand up and kick me in the face! You know what I do and I get so many tracks sent to me like this......
You've got it signed though so I guess I'm just a saturated twat! :emb:

Sorry didn't mean to end there. I realise the time and effort that's gone into it, don't mean to belittle it - constructive criticism? Besides, I just got a G4 and haven't got a frickin clue what to do with it!!! :bang:

I downloaded this tune soon as it was posted -- but it's kinda taken me this long to make a decision in my head bout it.

Can't fault the production ... Timing, tempo, samples n fx - just pretty much spot-on (ofcourse!)

The main thing that delayed things for me with this track is the kinda industrial / metallic quality it has :- like Woody said; very Tech Itch (and also Twisted Indiv IMO); and I'm not keen on either of them!
(Course that doesn't have anything to do with the tune - just that I personally go for fuller, deeper n fatter beats n basslines.)

Do like the bassline though (farting basslines just hit the spot for me!) - especially when it evolves into a slightly harder, deeper tone at about 4:20.

Maybe it's the reduction in quality off a .wma, or pc speakers that don't do the tune justice; but when Sol played this on Boxing Day in the Zanzi it sounded well phat on that system -- and despite what I said above, about it not quite being my kinda sound -- it definately got me moving on the floor n bobbing my head in appreciation.
