which train station in manchester do you reccomend i get off at, when does it finish, and do trains come back to preston early in the morning?
its a 5 min walk from picadilly,

there are manchester to blackpool north trains that run at 1.25 and 3.25. they call at manchester picc, bolton (yeahhh!), preaston and then blackpool north. "may we remind passengers not to leave their luggage unattended at all times. luggae left on the station may be removed or destroyed by the station security"!

Alright folks!Conduct starts at 10p.m.The reason the start times have varied in the past is due to minor problems with the venue which have now been cleared up. I can also say that the next Conduct is on the 21st Feb and the first confirmed artists are Broke(n)english doing live hip hop.ore to follow.Peace Robin.

Excelent - good to see that events are diversifying. This will appeal to a whole new crowd as well as the regular one.
Id like to see smaller nights incorprating a bit of old skool and maybe breaks too if thats at all poss. the hip hop thing all good though...

Yes yes quality night last night, im still in disbelief at daze playing that calyx tune!!!!!!! i got a tad pissed and started to talk bollocks towards the end.... sorry... :rolleyes:
I left at about 1:50 to meet some mates and i completely stacked it outside, woke up this morning and ive got a massive bruise on the left side of my face! :( (thats what i was trying to tell ya down the phone poi!)

ye, was a good night,
i just stood at the back gettin pissed.
some good tunes were played....
now-
i know i get deaf after long exsposure a sound system, but towards the end of the night was it just too loud and distorted?, not being able to distinguish the tracks,,, all i could hear was just the bass .
i noticed during daze's set the sound didnt get out of control - actually was turned down coz it was too loud ( very proffesional, very profesional)...
but mabey thats because my ears wernt over exposed at that earley stage
am i just deaf...
or what?
oh and who did i give a cd to as i dashed out the door? tim?:beer:

the sound guys at the Roadhouse are awkward on purpose I think! Arseholes, I heard one guy slagging Si Smith and Prophecy
last time I was there,just cos they were trying to sort out the sound problems.
And they always have loadsa reverb on the MC's mic and I've had to ask them to turn it off twice myself!
Conduct is a great night tho, I hate missing them!
