Ha Ha Rose and Lilly's Amateur Accordian Band would be better than $$bad$$.
how about 'the Darka Bane' ?
I like Darn tho...
I think you should call yourselves 'old boots for new beats'

Darka n Bane? Thank god for that!
The "Blingin" made me think someone had managed to sneak a gayrage tune past Review-Ring-Rottweiller-Frisky ("go on boy! kill! maim! destroy the garage loving fag!!!")
:behead:
I can have a listen to it now!
its not $$$ BAD $$$ by the way, thats webmaster Sol having a go at comedy. Were just using Bane And Darka for the moment, which happens to spell B.A.D.
im sure we'lll think of a better name soon.... now how about a frickin review peeps!!!

im sure we'lll think of a better name soon.... now how about a frickin review peeps!!!
hows about you go review a couple of tunes, i don't actually remember reading one of your reviews ? have you done any yet ?
if you read the rules, it states, and i quote... 'what I am looking for is a group of say 15+ people who will take a bit of time and regularly review each others tracks to quite an in depth level, and won't just review once in a while and then expect everyone to review theirs. hopefully we won't have any timewasters.' should i change the end to say, '...no timewasters like bane', or $$B.A.D$$ or whatever you are calling yourselves ? now go review, and i'm sure, yours will get done too.

Right, here we go...
Likin the intro, hihats a bit digital sounding IMO. Awww man likin these crispy drums! The percussion sits really nicely in the mix. Good breakdown, fat bass sounds good, like the they are slowly filtrered. Bass has just got phatter! As the kick is speeding up before the drop, I would take a few of them out in the few beats before the drop to give that little breather before it smacks you in the face. Nice drop, really phat. Likin it
I am feelin this tune jim and darka (who i am yet to meet)! love the variation in the bassline after a few bars as well, keep up the good work mate.
Now, get your sorry ass over to mine now!

i'm not just on about my tracks mate. there are a few people who use the review ring, not just myself. I review tracks in work on shitty pc speakers, if i feel i can't really make out the whole tune enough for review, i burn it to cd and take it home. be resourceful my friend. I'll pass you that cd later. besides, i know you have good headphones. so no more excuses. now go review !

OK, My Review...
DJ Friendly intro - definate plus point.
I can't understand what the "ragga" vocal is saying ? (or is that the point ?)
Breaks are nice, bongo's and that.....nice and busy.
I think the bassline is great - proper tension builder, but I have a massive problem with the drop (2mins 12)
The bassline, like I say,,,,builds the tension,,,,,I'm waiting for the drop - then it drops and the bassline aint there any more - the sub is still in, but still......the 1st drop comes as an anti-climax for me.
I definately think you've got enough variations on this bassline to keep it going through most of the tune.
Over-all, I think it could be a smasher, but it comes out as more of a roller.
Nice one for the feedback, this is my first ever tune, but Mr. Darka must take the majority of the credit for it... theres more in the pipeline...
