After the facist-fun-spoiling-nazis that are our local police force unfairly put a stop to TaPh's (eagerly anticipated!) Phat Camp ... It looks like the joke will actually be on them!

Just seen an article in our local paper (that came out today) giving Phat Camp a big, juicy plug!

That, combined with the fact that 100s of flyers were given out, and loadsa posters are still up advertising the night all over the place, means only one thing ...

(Potentially) 100s of people thinking of going to this night, will not actually know it's been cancelled -- and will turn up at the Hendre expecting a night of rinsing beats n frolics!

Now they really will need riot police outside when all that lot find they have travelled out to the middle of no-where, for a night that has been cancelled -- Leaving many of them stranded, miles from anywhere!

Serves you right ya fuckin narrow-minded bastards!

Hope an angry crowd causes so much trouble that you wish you'd let the night happen!

A) Fission -- cos they are utter fucking dog's cock shite; playing shitty, old tunes, with fuck all skills. Bet they shat themselves when they saw the posters n flyers ...
B) Hadj -- (even though I don't think he's the type to actually do something that shitty) if there was a BaDaBoom on; a finger of suspicion has gotta be pointed at him ...
C) Kaim -- cos he was pissed n winging that you weren't gonna be using his (shitty) sound rig. Although I'd it wouldn't make sense; as his rig is @ Time ... and you were at the Hendre ...

Also considering the Hardware boys ... Maybe worried Phat Camp was gonna nick all the people from their Bassline Smith night the next day? (not that anyone actually went to their shitty night anyway ...) ...

Don't think it was the Fission boys. Owi went to school with Ben (the lad who sorts out Fission) and theyre really good mates. They have also said that they weren't after a big crowd as they have their regulars in the main bar. That's good enough for me.

As for the Badaboom night - don't know any of them, so I can't really pass any judgment.

Up till now - every single night in Bangor has been mentioned as possible saboteurs and ive come to the conlcusion thath unless someone come's up to me and say's "It was me" then i'm not going to concern myself about it anymore. It's not good for the scene for every night to be accusing themselves of sabotage and it makes me reluctant to go to anybody's else's night - in case it was them. It's paranoia gone mad!!

Also just heard that the Union's management have told Adam (entertainments manager) that we can't ever put Phat Camp on in the Union because of the bad reputation that the name now has..................but did say that we could go with a different name!!

Might be worth gettin in there quick n sortin something though -- cause I think Enfer may be leaving Time after a disagreement with Adam Isobel -- so there might be a Saturday residencey available soon if ya bag it quick ...

I'll find out whether Enfer has definately left the building n get back to ya :thumbs:
