Me n my mates dont even go out in Blackpool, there isnt any club that hires any decent names ....I think the last good shit in Blackpool was Kool Herc playing at a little club in town to a v small crowd.
When we go out we do it proper though n travel, last venture was London ..next one is Stoke for "North" (cos some of my mates are hard techno nutters).
Been to Sophonic a few times when Krust N Suv were on launching his album ...that was a phat night n a pretty cool after party too ... Bad company Vs Moving Fusion was another phat one although a small turnout..was amazed by a bouncer who caught us with something we shouldnt have had ..his response was to give us another couple of em for free :D .. also Ed Rush n Optical was wicked too. The nights I have been to in the north have all been good vibes ...lookin forward to many more, but I cant ever imagine dnb in Blackpool cos it is just the home of cheese n drunken stag/hen partys :mad:
