It'll no doubt be a good challenge to see what the turn out is like at this one, as we've not had a poor turn out yet at gutterfunk. Theres Adam F @ Sankeys the night before too, i wonder what effect that will have on things (for everyone...) Should be interesting.

I think it may work to our advantage that we've got liquid beats from MD (soul:ution), i think thats about as far from the kind of thing you'd go to StepBack for, as you can get! Of course there will be the usual share of militant beats supplied by the other djs.

Some of us from Gutterfunk were talking about going to Ascension (lol i never thought i'd hear myself say that!) after gfunk has finished, but i doubt they'd let anyone in at 2.30 or 3am. Also i've not seen any lineups for the afterparty @ elemental, anyone got ideas?

Massive thanks to all those who came down and supported - Was a great success even in the light of the mighty Stepback, which it seems was rammed to the rafters anyway!

Shouts to Tool, great mixing! Big up the MD with a top set also!

The new amps seemed to hold out fine - no speakers cutting off this time.


Once again i managed to get through the night without speaking to people much at all, too much time sat on the door i think.. Tim, Daze, Robin, Nyall, Sloss and all the friends of and others - thanks for supporting! Hope ya had a good one.
