I just got a pair of Sennheiser hd25ps's, there quality mate. Try going to Dawsons in town, ask Greg, the bloke in charge of the DJ section for suggestions, he knows what he's chatting about!

Ive got some of them sony doobery whatsists mdvr7000 hoo-ha's, and they are the best phones ive ever used (i tried senhieser and technics when i bought em but preffered these). I got mine from www.djgear.co.uk - but the website is down at the moment. Just go and buy dj mag and at the back there is fucking LOOOOOOAds of sites/suppliers - and you can play the price war off on em. I saved £25 last time...

Well worth it.

Ive got a pair of them Sony's as well and they rock. It's like strapping a club to your head! I got them from www.saphires.co.uk for £90.

The only headphones that a DJ should buy are those Seinheisers that Slossy is talking about, i picked up a pair for about £50 in the back of DJ. Also try Richer sounds.
They are the best headphones because....
They dont snap.
They are closed back, better sound concentration in your ear.
You can get replacement parts easily
Andy "BADBOY" C uses them...nuff said
:)

i've got a pair of hd25sp's and they absolutely kick ass - those sony's are ok, but asok, when i was using yours the cup doesnt fit snug to your ear, it's at an angle??! or is that the shape of my head..

i absolutely adore my sennheisers, the hd25sp are like £70 rrp, can get the full hd25 (beefed up pro version) for like £130 rrp. they are the dogs nads, BUY THEM!!

i got mine from www.sapphires.co.uk check em out, wicked service.

I got some technic's ones which are now over a year and a half old.

My favorite - Even if they are held together with lots of red tape :D

I bought a pair of the Sony's but they only lasted about a year (£110 down the drain). The cushioning wore out and then both headphones basically snapped off. Will never buy a pair again, big up the Sennheiser crew!

Trust me Sony doesnt come into it, get Seinheisers. Try Richer Sounds they were doing them for about £50 at one point.
