Little bit of event info for those who fancy a bit of tRAVElling:

After a little break in March, we're back http://64.246.24.64/images/smilies/smashed.gif Prepare yourselves for some dubplate pressure of the highest degree as we welcome two of the founding fathers of drum 'n' bass, Grooverider and Doc Scott, to the intimate surroundings of Bristol's Level club. Also featuring deep, pounding beats and basslines from residents Kulak and Trioxide, and the superb vocal talents of MC Rage, I think you're all in for a treat http://64.246.24.64/oldubb/icons/icon20.gif

As usual, lounge heads are in store for a plethora of beautiful music, encompassing deep house, jazz, breaks and more, lovingly spun by Catalyst, Tukatz, Ben Blackmore and October.

About Level:

http://www.level-bristol.co.uk/images/bor-checkindesk.jpg http://www.level-bristol.co.uk/images/bor-dep.jpg

"The 400 capacity Level boasts three levels and is modelled on an airport lounge from the 60s and 70s. The designers, local team Effigy, have included a check-in area, viewing gallery and departure lounge as well as a club class VIP room. What this means is that you get a clean, swish, presentable night club with views over Bristol that impress." - Knowledge Magazine

The best way to describe Level would be, "the Velvet Rooms meets The End".

The main room downstairs combines a low ceiling, spacious dance floor and lengthy bar with a separate glassed-off seating area and a booming Thunder Ridge sound system.

Meanwhile, upstairs houses a very small and cosy second room which is equipped with its own bar, sound system/DJs, sofas and a window providing a magnificent view looking out over Bristol town.
