PROFILE:
Kinda first experience with electronic music didnt come untill after the new millenuim, from hearing a few tunes at a house party and then listening to old hysteria tapes due to obviosly being to young to get into the clubs. He soon got bored of the constant barrage of similar beats and stereotypical 'party' tune that were being churned out and coming from a rock background anyway instantly got hooked on the darkside of drum and bass.
After buying a pair of second hand decks he soon got to work practicing at home and doing the odd house party, his first break came when he bumped into a promoter in town and started talking. His first set then lead on to an automatic monthly resident.
From here on Kinda got to work setting up witnessthesickness.com originally an internet radio station providing a platform for up and coming drum and bass djs from around the world, this soon grew and with the help of Vickie,charlie,leighton and now carl they start putting on nights and also founded an MP3 label, Witness Records.
Now just 2 years down the line from getting his first decks hes got involved with the therapy sessions camp, promoting therapy sessions in manchester (uk), hes working with other crew doing witness the sickness guest nights, Witness Records is still releasing hot tunes from up and coming producers and now hes currently half way through 'The Kindacore Tour 2006' with dates on lineup featuring the likes of Dom and Roland,Technical Itch,Dylan,Bkey and other big names from the drum and bass scene.
So whats next for manchesters own master of the dark? He currently has releases on liverpool based Raw Recordings and his own Witness Records imprint lined up, aswell as a European Tour in the works for Febuary 2007 and out on the cold streets of manchester promoting Therapy Sessions. Also Catch his show with Tay every saturday on www.unityradio.fm (87.7fm).
