what is :
digital clipping
analog clipping
and no clipping
what do they do ?
i click on my master db and i am given this choice, but cant hear a difference to understand it.

digital clipping- if you digital feed is clipping then it can make stuff sound pretty bad.
analog clipping- as long as it doesnt sound distorted, push those levels man!!!!
no clipping= turn it up louder!!!!!!!!!!!
i think thats what youre after

digital cliping is when the signal level exceeds the 0db point and should be avoided because it sounds auwfull
analog clipping occours above arround +21 db and distorts the signal, the higher past this point = the more it will distort.
you can overdrive analog signals a bit to get a bit of distortion but heavily over driven signals can damage your speakers
