what's the problem?
They wont all play together, but will on their own?
Should be sorted ok. mine works fine doing all those.
what are the symptoms?
The symptoms are that McBane does'nt know how to use a computer :D :D :D
I'll sort u out Jimbo when I come down Bristol next week.
Cheers Solinjah...
Basically yes im a loser... im trying to get VST instruments to work along side my hardware sampler, i cant seem to get my midi controller to work with the VST's, ive tryed loads of different options involving the midi in and out on the soundcard but no joy... also i cant seem to record any VST riffs into my layout...
i think the problem is i dont really understand SX too well... are there any idiots guides to SX around?!?!
are there any idiots guides to SX around?!?!
Yeah - the manual . . . . .
You have got the manual havent u ??? :D
:campslaye
if you've got reason try recording the notes in there and exporting the midi file into sx. if your soundcard has got a gm (general midi) bank on it, select that as your output on the track in sx and record in the notes. then change the output to the desired vst i.
if that dont work, it might well be your installation/setup of ur controller.
peace kebab.

If i try to use audio with my PC. It will crash and then meltdown like a nuclear reactor core. However midi and sampler works sweet. So that will do for me.
When i grow up i want a big powerful PC like Sol. I'll just have to make do with my Toshiba laptop for now.
