I sold a pair of these decks last week :)
They are decent decks for the money; sturdy and responsive.
Mine were about 8 months old or so, and went for £200 the pair (without mixer), so reckon that's a fair price

Yeah, I got Gemini 1000s and a 540 mixer and they're safe as. So anyone who needs decks and can't be lashing out £700 or £800 on Technics this is defo worth the money.:)

If you buy anything you can never really expect to sell it for more than 50% than you bought it for can you?

Technics hold their value well but you can still pick them up for £400-500 a pair..

The retail price (from new) for SA-600 IIs has dropped a bit since I bought the ones I had; so I reckon 200 is a good price.

But havin said that, I sold my (mint) pair for 200 with no mixer, and some very basic carts (no way were they going with new Stantons or Ortofons on!), so maybe with mixer you could ask a bit more than 200?

Go on ... Knock it up to 240/250 or something ...
Cos yknow people nearly always offer less that what you're asking anyway :D

i suppose i could ask for more but im in a situation where i need the money. My bro is buyin my technics(best bro in the world i might add...haha), for £400, and im payin him £100 up front, and then payin him monthly installments of £50. Which means with the money from sellin these decks i will buy a tasty mixer, an amp(usin a shite stereo at the mo), and a couple of second hand speakers, which means the house will shake like a fookin bitch!!!! im not gonna buy the dillinja album till i get my new system set up, making it much more exhilirating, as i cant be arsed caning the tunes b4 it.

so people its £200 smackeroonies!!! nothin MORE, nothin LESS
