Native instruments have released an update to the software sampler. Amongst its top features all ready the update has..

Beat slicing/mapping tool basically recycle built in with extra features.

VST automation (badly needed)

New tmestretch machine - samples can now be stretched to bpm as opposed to percentages

Solo miltiple instruments simultaneously

Lock zones to stop them being accidently deleted or moved

More sample formats recognised

drag and drop samples directley from folder so you dont have to use kontakts tiny eye squinting browser window.

Master tune can now be fine tuned.


And thats about it some new big feature an a few little extras. sweet

just dl kontact now but not sure what version it is yet till i get back to lpool and use it on my mac. trying to dl recycle too as ive been cutting and loading breaks into exs24 for too long now-it takes mucho effort- does recycle make this a lot easier? any tips on kontakt and recycle would be appreciated for when i finally get to use em................:guitar:

We find that dropping breaks as audio files directly onto audio channels in Logic works well. Just use logics in-built timestrech and slice tool to cut into 8 parts.

Although might look into Kontact now . . .
