I'm quite new to your site mate but am keen to get some of my mixes uploaded. Do you have trouble with mixes that are trackmarked as I know it can be easier with a one track cd. Your reply would appreciated.

Peace

It is easier with a single track - ones split into tracks have to be re-combined and if i/we are pushed for time then they're less likely to get done..

wouldnt anyhting under a 192kbps mp3 be the best option save you having to convert it when you get the cd from cda to mp3
and i think if you convert a track marked cda data it will convert into however many tracks there are so you would have for egsample 10 mp3,s what would need gluing together

s1mdj if you still have the complete mix in .wav form your best bet would be to convert it to mp3 in soundfroge or somehting

It doesnt really matter - soundforge can extract a cd as a whole even if it is "tracked".

192k mp3 would be better - but audio cd is just as good

Nice 1 guys. I've got a mint 96/97 darkside mix (metalheadz/prototype etc) that I want to stick up on the site. I'll have to get it converted to mp3. Where would I send it to??

On Soundforge, go to Extract Audio From CD, then click the Read Entire CD button.

Come on lads, even I know that!

Try the help file. Being male does not mean you have to work everything out without using the available help.
