its a torrent file, you connect to other dling, and its like a mass dl (i still dont quite understand it myself, but it works...)
first DL this (used to download the torrents and connect to other users)

then (right-click - save as) the file
Open the file (it will be a torrent file) it will start to hook up to people, may start out slow, but it will speed up depending on the # of people you connect to. (if you run a firewall of some sort, you may have to shut it down for the dl, but the files are straight...)
be warned though its 223.68 MB, so it could a few hours... or even days depending on you connection.
its worth the work.. believe me!
