speaker problemos

i'm getting squeaks and shit off one speaker and not the other, and the speaker with the squeaks is showing more "action" than the other. On the graphic display, both are showing equal outputs. The contacts are in place and its wired nicely....
uhm...i'm stumped.
and i want to put twisted anger: faithless on but i'm worried the cone will end up plastered up the side of the wall
it was having trouble with klute: songseller mainly...
help!
