NWDNB.co.uk is without doubt an integral part of the North West scene. We have thousands of members, receive millions of hits a month and are recognised as the premier resource for reliable and up to date information. We have built the website around the community and the people in it, and as such are seen as a positive driving force within the scene. You can leverage our strong reputation to your advantage with our promotional services.

As a promoter or someone who is working for an event it is your job to ensure people know about your gig. We offer various methods by which you can get the message out to a targeted audience about what is going on with your night.

On the NWDNB.co.uk website you will have also noticed the “Featured Event” box. If you take all 3 services above for £75, you can choose to optionally add your event to the Featured Event List for an extra £15.

An event is selected at random from the Featured Event List and displayed in the box each time a page is loaded from NWDNB.co.uk. Please note that this box is currently not visible when browsing the forum but this is something we intend to change in the near future.

Of course any of the above services (except the Featured Event) is applicable to promoting things other than events. Banners are very popular for new tune releases, online shop advertisements, raising agency profiles and so on. We will also shortly be introducing a weekly e-mail newsletter which will feature space for companies to buy advertising space to place their logo or message in a prominent part of the mail out, alongside content which the user has elected to receive.

Mailout to NWDNB E-Mail List: Send out an email to everybody on our mailing list. This currently consists of over 6000 opt-in email addresses. You can include multiple images (eg your flyer and your logo), and as much text as you want. You must supply a valid email to PayPal that we can contact you by to determine when and what to send as part of your mailout.	Cost:	£30

SMS Message to NWDNB List: Send an instant text message via SMS to everbody on our list. This currently consists of over 500 opt-in phone numbers. Our list consists entirely of members who chose to be on the list to receive updates like these. Effective, fast and direct marketing.	Your SMS message: (160 chars max)

Mailout, SMS and Banner: Take all 3 of the above services for the reduced rate of £75. You can choose to optionally add your event to the Featured Event list for an extra £15. This is only available when taking this package. See the description at the top of the page for more information. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

You will not be charged anything for delivery on promotional services. You can buy promotional tools at the same time as other goods and merchandise, if there are postage costs associated with the other items you will only pay for postage on the items where postage is applicable. There are no other hidden costs.

To go to the checkout click on "View Basket Contents" - you can update the quantity of items you are buying here and remove items if you wish. Then click the "Secure Checkout" button on this page. We use PayPal to process payments online. PayPal is fast, free and secure - you do not have to have a PayPal account but if you do already have one you can log in to it during the checkout process.
